The Trump and Cuomo administrations have been battling for months over the 'I Love New York' signs on New York's Thruway.

The federal DOT says the signs are illegal and must come down by Septmber 30th or the state will lose millions in highway aid. So far, though, there's no sign the governor intends to comply.

To Assembly Minority Leader Brian Kolb, this is a symptom of a much bigger problem. He joins me now from Rochester to explain.
