Rachel Barnhart is the last of four Democrats to officially announce a run for the congressional seat previously held by the late Louise Slaughter. Barnhart is a former reporter who has made runs for Rochester mayor and the state Assembly. She will face Adam McFadden, Robin Wilt, and Joe Morelle in the primary race in June, and she joins us from our Rochester newsroom to tell us about her campaign for the 25th congressional district.
