People continue to leave upstate New York for other places. According to the latest US Census Bureau report, between July 2016 and July of last year, 50 upstate counties lost a total of 3,596 people. Now, while that does not sound like a huge number, it continues the trend of a population decline. Joining us to talk more about the census numbers and what they mean for New York is E.J.
