Assembly Minority Leader Brian Kolb is the first Republican to announce a challenge to Governor Andrew Cuomo. Kolb doesn't seem to concerned about not being able to compete with Cuomo money-wise, and the fact that New York City Democrats make up a big chunk of the vote. Meanwhile, President Trump is on the attack again, tweeting about "lightweight" and "begging" Senator Kirsten Gillibrand after she called for his resignation over the several sexual harassment allegations made against him.
