Zay Jones, coming off of his rookie season with the Buffalo Bills, is charged with felony vandalism after a bloody, naked brawl in Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles Police Department has confirmed officers responded Monday night to an apartment building for complaints of a man breaking glass doors and windows in a building. The wide receiver was arrested at the scene.
A TMZ video shows Jones naked in an L.A. apartment building fighting with his brother Cayleb, of the Minnesota Vikings.
His brother claims he was trying to stop Jones from jumping out a window on the 30th floor.
Zay Jones was taken to a nearby hospital and later posted bail.
The Bills released a statement Tuesday night, saying:
“We are aware of the incident involving Zay Jones. We are still in the process of gathering more information on the matter. At this point, we will have no further comment.”
His father tweeted Wednesday afternoon that Zay was with him and his mother.
Jones was drafted in the second round of the 2017 draft.
