Seasonably Cool For Fall's Start
Just a Few Clouds, Low Humidity
A showery cold front ushered in a cooler, drier air mass into the region with partly cloudy skies, a light northerly breeze and highs in the 60s. High pressure takes over the remainder of the weekend with just some clouds, more south than north and overnight temperatures dropping to cooler lows in the 40s to near 50 and some 30s in the colder spots mainly north. Sunday's highs should move into the 60s with partly cloudy skies, followed by another night of 40s and a continuation of our early fall weather into Monday.
With the high moving offshore and the approach of a frontal system, we should see a cool rain develop Tuesday and linger as showers if not a thunderstorm with more humidity Wednesday. The seasonable and dry fall weather should return again later in the week.
