POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- You can feed more than just your mind at the Adriance Memorial Library in Poughkeepsie.

The Fresh Market Food Truck provides Poughkeepsie residents with fresh farm-to-table fruits and vegetables.

Designed to serve everyone, the truck accepts all forms of payment, including food assistant benefits like SNAP or WIC.

And people just can't get enough of it.

"I think it's so important to have the opportunity to get fresh fruits and vegetables, locally grown. And it's very inexpensive too, so it really makes it available to everybody. I'm really happy that it's so convenient, I can walk right out the door and have such a nice selection,” said Betty Cooper, a shopper.

Founded by Dutchess Outreach, the truck spends every Wednesday, from 3:30 to 4:30, parked outside the library on Market Street.
