A Pougkeepsie man has been arrested in connection with a fatal crash in the town of Lloyd that happened on July 1.
Ryan Williams is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, fleeing police, unlicensed operation of a vehicle, DWI and reckless driving.
State police say they were trying to stop a Porsche Cayenne that night for driving erratically.
Troopers say Williams would not stop and sped off on Route 299. They say he eventually hit a car at South Street, and then hit a pickup truck, head-on
The driver of the pickup truck, Danielle Pecoraro, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Williams was also taken to the hospital.
He was arraigned and sent to Ulster County Jail without bail.
