SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: Commodore Chocolatier has been open since 1935. The first of the Courtsunis family came from Greece, and landed in Newburgh. Son John Courtsunis took over, and now John's son Gus works at Commodore as well. The family members say despite the long hours, they truly enjoy what they do, and they love that they can create products their loyal customers come back for. The family says they hope to keep the business for years to come so they can continue to serve the Hudson Valley.
