The suspect in November's shooting at the Galleria mall was back in court Wednesday.

The Orange County District Attorney is still evaluating the case, and discussed where it currently stands with defense attorneys in court.

Michael Perez-Rodriguez previously pleaded not guilty to charges of reckless endangerment and assault in the third degree for his alleged role in the shooting.

Nobody was shot during the incident, but a woman and her 12-year-old son suffered minor injuries as a result of the gunfire.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing, and the District Attorney's Office says more charges against Perez-Rodriguez are possible.
