SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: A vigil was held Saturday evening in Orange County to remember the 16 service members killed in a military plane crash Monday in Mississippi. It was held at the Unitarian Universalists Congregation at Rock Tavern in New Windsor. Nine of the men were based out of Stewart Air National Guard Base in Newburgh, just down the road from where the vigil was held.
