NEWBURGH, N.Y. -- Newburgh and state police are investigating a homicide after a 19-year-old man was shot and killed.
According to police, the victim, James Stevens, was shot in the early morning hours near Bush Avenue. They say the man was shot multiple times and was pronounced dead in a car at the scene.
