NEW YORK CITY -- An update on that fatal Williamsburg Bridge crash reported Thursday.

According to police, an NYPD traffic enforcement agent is facing vehicular manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide for the crash that left a 21-year-old woman dead.

That woman, Amanda Miner, was thrown from a car when it crashed on Thursday morning around 3 a.m. after hitting  a median and then a support pillar.

The driver, 26-year old Stefan Hoyte, and another 24-year-old man were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Police say Hoyte's blood alcohol level was above the legal limit.
