MONTGOMERY, N.Y. -- Two people are under arrest after police say they had drugs inside a motel in the town of Montgomery.
Dwayne Wallace, 54 of Newburgh, NY and Kathleen Delucia, 23 of Montgomery, are charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
The charges come after officials searched the motel and confiscated several drugs including cocaine and heroin.
In addition, Delucia had two active warrants from the Town of Newburgh and City of Newburgh Courts.
They were both arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail.
