Some state lawmakers are pushing back against Governor Cuomo's executive order aimed at resorting voting rights to parolees in New York. Cuomo says 35,000 people will be affected by the policy change. But critics say not all of them are ready to return to full participation in society, since about 12 percent of people on probation end up being convicted of another felony within a year. And opponents are also worried about how this new voting bloc could impact policy. Senator Joe Griffo explains.
