The fight to keep the Western New York Children's Psychiatric Center open continues--this time, in court. Last week, a judge ruled to allow a group of citizens to proceed with their lawsuit against the governor and the state's mental health commissioner. Earlier this year, the state legislature passed a measure that prevented the Children's center from merging with an adult center. Supporters of that measure say children would be at risk if they are treated alongside adult patients. Senator Pat Gallivan and Assemblyman Mickey Kearns discuss.
