The NTSB says it expects to have increased access to the limousine involved in the deadly October 6 crash in Schoharie.

A spokesperson says the federal agency anticipates this to happen in the next 10 days.

State Police and Schoharie County prosecutors had custody of the vehicle as they moved ahead with a criminal case against the owner of Prestige Limo, Nauman Hussain. He was arrested on charges of criminally negligent homicide for the crash that killed 20 people.

Hussain's attorney says the case will be heard by a grand jury. He is accused of renting out the limo despite it failing a series of inspections that should have taken it off the road.
