SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: New York's 136th Assembly seat represents Irondequoit, the east side of the city of Rochester and Brighton. Joe Morelle held the post for 26 years, until he chose to run for Louise Slaughter's Congressional seat. Morelle rose to majority leader of the Assembly, a role that provided this region with as much power as it's able to leverage in that house. Three Democrats are running, including the chair of the Monroe County Democratic Committee. Jim Aroune has more.
