House Republicans are hoping to pass their tax reform legislation this week, and their current plan eliminates a big part of the state and local tax deduction used by many New Yorkers.

While the majority of the state's Congressional delegation opposes it, the GOP may not need any of their votes to pass it. Washington Bureau Reporter Alberto Pimienta has the details.
