Manlius Police say a woman is in critical condition after an accident on Route 92.

A vehicle went off the road and into some heavy brush just after 4 p.m. Sunday, near the intersection with Thorntree Hill Drive.

Police believe a medical emergency led to the crash. An officer performed CPR on the victim until paramedics arrived.

60-year-old Landa Hammond was taken to a nearby hospital in crticial condition.

Route 92 was shutdown after the crash, while crews worked the scene, but has been reopened.
