An Oswego County woman has died from her injuries following a crash on Route 690.

Deputies say 22-year-old Megan Sundberg of Fulton lost control and hit a guardrail near exit 7 westbound in the town of Geddes late Wednesday night.  Her vehicle became disabled facing the wrong way in the far left lane. At that point, she was hit head-on by an oncoming vehicle.

A third vehicle was also involved in that crash.

Sundberg was taken to the hospital, where she died from her injuries Thursday morning. Three people in the other two vehicles were hospitalized with minor injuries.

The cause of the first crash remains under investigation.

No tickets have been issued at this point.
