GOLDSBORO, N.C. -- There are new developments in the deadly hit-and-run arrest in Goldsboro on Saturday.

  • Terrence Walker was on a moped when he ran a red light and was hit by Rasaki's car
  • Rasaki is a 40-year-old airman first class at Seymour Johnson Air Force base
  • Rasaki is being held on a $20,000 bond

Authorities arrested 40-year-old Lukumon Rasaki. He's charged with felony hit-and-run.

Rasaki is an airman first class assigned to the fourth logistics readiness squadron at Seymour Johnson Air Force base.

Goldsboro police say Rasaki hit Terrence Walker at the intersection of Slocumb Street and Olivia Lane.

Walker was driving a moped when he ran a red light and was hit by Rasaki's car.

He was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Rasaki is being held on a $20,000 bond.
