A second person has now died following an attack in West Monroe earlier this month.
Michael Shane, 59, died from injuries sustained during an assault in West Monroe on September 10.
Robert Driffin was killed in the attack in his home on County Route 11.
Matthew LeBoeuf, 33, of Central Square is now facing two counts of second-degree murder.
The case remains under investigation.
