The man wanted in connection with a deadly home invasion in Cohoes has been taken into custody out of state.

The FBI arrested Andy Sousie near Knoxville, Tennessee after getting a tip that he may be in the area.

They believe he had been living at a nearby campground for the past two weeks.

Sousie is facing charges of burglary, robbery, and conspiracy.

Last week, Cohoes police said they were looking for Sousie in connection with a burglary and attempted robbery of a Remsen Street Home.

Police say Sousie, his brother Daryl and Michael Peabody planned to rob the home on August 5.

During the incident, police say Daryl was shot and killed by homeowner Shawn Rogowski.

Rogowski was charged with child endangerment for firing that shot with a baby nearby and for possession of marijuana after investigators say a pound of marijuana was found in the home.
