Parents and students got a sneak peak, Wednesday.

The work includes upgraded security and HVAC systems, along with new LED lights, floors, ceilings and a roof. 

After a three year wait, Everything is restored, from classrooms to the gym and library. 

The classrooms now have new, softer furniture with the latest technology.

"As we continue to focus on what we're doing on with common core learning standards and next generation standards for education, we need to make sure that we have learning spaces that are really adaptable to what students need to make them contributing members of society late on in life," said Mark Potter, the Liverpool central school district superintendent.

Students finally get to see the changes when school starts Thursday.
