SPECTRUM VIDEO - After preparing for two weeks, a local theater group is getting ready to show off their hard work. Every year, Encore Youth Productions puts on a play at the Palace Theater with elementary and middle school students from Central New York. This summer’s production is The Lion King, and Photojournalist Tom Walters gives us a sneak peek backstage during the dress rehearsal.
