An Oneida County man accused of stabbing and killing his older brother has been indicted by a grand jury.
Prosecutors say 37-year old John Ferguson killed his 42-year-old brother, Daryl, in Yorkville on July 17th.
Court papers say the older brother had been stabbed in the chest, back and stomach with a kitchen knife.
John Ferguson was indicted on charges of second-degree murder and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
