Syracuse University says the student conduct process has concluded in the ongoing Theta Tau case.

Written decisions were issued to the students involved last week. The school did not release any further details, citing federal privacy law.

Controversial videos were posted online a few months ago, showcasing racist, homophobic and bigoted jokes. The videos sparked outrage and protests on the SU campus, and gained national attention. Eighteen students were put into the judicial process at the school.

Nine of the fraternity members have filed their own lawsuit against SU, claiming the school did not protect their rights to free speech. That case has not been resolved yet.
