SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Anthony Saccone has admitted to driving drunk and high on cocaine when he crashed into a car and killed three young people back in February.

Saccone was facing three counts of murder and one of aggravated vehicular homicide for a crash in February that claimed the lives of 18-year-old Michael Walker, 20-year-old Samra Osmanovic and 19-year-old Baylie Rose.

He was accused of driving 86 miles per hour in a 35 miles per hour zone and going through a red light -- before hitting their vehicle and fleeing the scene.

Wednesday morning, he accepted an offer to plead guilty to just three charges, the most severe, aggravated vehicular homicide.

As for of the plea, Saccone will be sentenced to a combined 10 to 30 years in prison, and waiving his right to appeal.

Saccone did not express any remorse, and questioned whether or not he fled the scene, knowing he had caused injury, instead saying he had passed out from his own injuries.

He will be sentenced on October 19.
