State police are investigating after a body was pulled from the Oswego River.

A resident called 911 after seeing a man's body floating near the shore off Millard Bassett Road in Granby last night.

Crews pulled the body out and attempted life-saving measures, but the victim died at the scene.

The man's name has not been released yet. An autopsy is being conducted to determine how he died.
