More complaints about parking at Lakeview Amphitheater, have landed at the desk of County Executive Joanie Mahoney.

Visitors who parked in the brown and pink lots had a hard time getting to the Dave Matthews Band concert because the pedestrian bridge over 690 was closed for construction.

Lines for the shuttles got so backed up, some people missed the beginning of the concert and even resorted to trying to cross the busy highway.

County Executive Joanie Mahoney says adjustments are being made moving forward.

"We have put together a safe pedestrian way to get across the orange lot, so we're going to have the pedestrian bridge open. People will be able to walk up from the brown and pink lots and there will be a designated path through the orange lot so, that people can stay out of harm's way on a construction site and at the same time not have to wait for the buses," said Joanie Mahoney, (R) Onondaga County Executive.

In addition to the pedestrian bridge being open, there will also be more on-site shuttles.

People will have access to the parking lots as early as 3:30 p.m.
