There's no tax increase in the $45 million spending plan.

The budget calls for cuts cross the board, with less money devoted to health insurance and the sidewalk program.

Those cuts allowed the city to elimate the eight percent hike in their original proposal.

One big addition to this year's budget is a new drug task force officer at a cost of $62,000. 

The Watertown City Council is set to vote Monday on the proposed 2018-2019 budget.
