Do you think you could do two - one mile runs, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, and 300 squats?

That's the hero workout known as the Mega Murph.

More than 200 people took on the challenge at Clear Path for Veterans in Chittenango Saturday.

The competition honors fallen Navy Seal Lieutenant Michael Murphy. You may know of him from the film, Lone Survivor.

It was his favorite workout.

Organizers say the venue obviously plays a special role.

"We bring back that deeper meaning to the workout and everything that we bring in money wise or donation wise today goes directly into programs and services that serve veterans of all eras,” said Event Director Kayleen Spicer.

The event also included around 30 vendors.
