Hotels and restaurants are packed with families spending time with their loved ones.

That's because it's graduation for a number of schools, and of course Sunday is Mother's Day.

Many local restaurants will be offering brunch specials to celebrate. Businesses say it's always a great weekend for them.

"I think the demand in this city is probably the biggest demand weekend we see each year. It's just huge. And people are trying to book now for next year and even multiple years out," says John Matthews, General Manager of the Marriott Syracuse Downtown.

Syracuse University's graduation and Mother's Day fall on the same weekend for the next several years.
