Problems continued for many local school districts as teachers tried to administer computer based state exams Thursday.

A spokesperson for Onondaga-Cortland-Madison BOCES says a cyber-attacker flooded their bandwidth, preventing many districts in the area from using their internet.

Attacks happened several times lasting about 20 minutes during each event.

OCM-BOCES Superintendent Jody Manning sent a letter out to District Administrators and Technology Directors discussing the issue.

He thanked districts for their patience and poise as people worked to solve issues.

Wednesday statewide there were issues as technology from Questar Assessment Inc. experienced glitches.
