Some people may be questioning why bail was set for the Camillus man accused of driving drunk and fleeing the scene of a deadly crash.

Anthony Saccone, 30, faces charges for Friday's deadly crash in the Town of Onondaga. Saccone pleaded not guilty and was released from jail on $100,000 bail Friday night.

Spectrum News spoke to a legal expert and Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick Monday about why bail was set.

Saccone is expected back in court Wednesday. Charges against him could be upgraded in the future as the investigation continues.

Baylie Rose, Michael Walker, and Samra Osmanovic were all killed as they were driving to campus early Friday morning.
