One of Ithaca's oldest buildings gets a makeover.
On Tuesday, the ribbon was cut to celebrate the newly-renovated Printing Press Building.
It was built in the mid-1800s, and later bought by Roy Park in the 1940s.
It previously served as the headquarters for Hines-Park foods, famous for their Duncan Hines cake mix.
It will now be home to businesses like California based media company, Funkhaus.
It will be a multi-purpose facility, with everything from office space to a new event hall operated by the Argos Inn located just next door.
"What's great is that we're celebrating the opening of not just one business but several,” said Ithaca Mayor Svante Myrick. “Funkhaus a creative agency, the Argos lounge, as well as a textile manufacturing, and the very existence of this as a new space where small businesses can thrive."
The renovations were completed last fall.
