The former Florida soccer coach accused of running away with a teenager before being caught in Central New York pleads not guilty.
According to ABC News, Rodriguez has pleaded not guilty to sexual activity with a minor and interference with custody.
Court documents obtained by ABC allege that Rodriguez had sex with the teen multiple times between July and November.
Rodriguez faces a maximum of 30 years in prison if convicted.
Rodriguez was located by a state police investigator in Salina.
He was apparently looking to stick around before getting caught, and had even tried to find jobs for him and the girl.
