ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — The Bills Mafia is getting a much-needed holiday boost after a big win against the Dolphins in their last home game of the regular season.

According to fivethirtyeight.com, Sunday's 24-16 win now gives the Bills a 36 percent chance of making the playoffs.

But to secure that wildcard spot they need to keep winning and a few other teams need to lose some upcoming games.

Despite this, Sunday’s win already has fans fantasizing about what ending the playoff drought would feel like.

"I'm ready to see the playoffs in my lifetime, it's gonna be big,” said Emily Salerno.

"I would give my right leg and my son’s right leg,” said Tim Battistella.

“I was a young fella when Bruce Smith and Jim Kelly were around, good to see that energy back in Buffalo,” said Damon Rand.

The Bills take on the Patriots in Foxborough next Sunday at 1 p.m.
