It's probably the last thing you'd expect when you're out and about - a stranger walking up to you and handing you cash.

But that's just what Nicole Bronner did last week.

Bronner is a local real estate agent who decided she wanted to do some random acts of kindness to spread positivity. Bronner was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 16 and says having a positive attitude throughout the years made all the difference.

She recently spent the day going around Central New York giving out cash and lottery tickets. She recorded her interactions on Facebook Live to spread the message of kindness.

Bronner says by the end of the day, she gave out $300 and 70 lottery tickets.
