The Central New York SPCA is investigating a case of animal hoarding in Camillus.
The executive director says up to 35 cats and one dog are living in deplorable conditions in a home on Armstrong Road.
The homeowner is cooperating, but the SPCA believes charges are expected.
They say the homeowner was apparently arrested for the same thing several years ago, and the SPCA was also called to the home a year ago.
