Preparations are underway at Oswego Speedway for Super DIRT Week which will take place October 4-8. This is the second year the event will be held at the track after more than four decades at the state fairgrounds.

The old fairgrounds grandstand was knocked down last year, and with it also went the famous Moody Mile.

Plans to move Super Dirt Week to the new Central New York Raceway in Hastings were put on hold while Oswego Speedway became the event's new home on short notice. Now, organizers have a few improvements in mind to make the event better than ever.

There's no word if the Central New York Raceway will eventually become host to this event, which draws fans from across the country and Canada. For now, everyone is excited about this year’s event at the Speedway.
