SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: Dozens gathered in front of City Hall in Watertown to remember those who have died from drug overdoses. The event was hosted by Alliance for Better Communities. Organizers set 144 empty shoes on the ground to symbolize the daily overdose deaths in the nation.
