The elementary school teacher accused of killing his brother-in-law has posted bond.
James Ball, 55, was released from jail just after 4 p.m. Friday. He was charged with murder for the death of 40-year-old Christopher Ross.
Investigators say they both got into a fight early Tuesday morning, which ended after Ross was shot by a rifle.
The case is still in its early stages. A grand jury will review the charges in the coming weeks.
