MORAVIA, N.Y. -- The near-relentless rainy weather is getting old, and one of the most frustrated communities is Moravia.

After intense rain during storms Monday, there was again more flooding, and more cleanup.

"This is the fifth time this month that we've been shoveling sidewalks with mud, clearing the streets with debris," said Bob Richards, a resident. "It's getting worse each time that we have a little bit of rain."

"When we see a couple of sprinkles, the whole town gets nervous now."
