SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: Sunday's rain and chilly temperatures may not have been the ideal weather for a stroll around Syracuse, but still more than 200 people took to the streets on the city's north side to learn more about their neighbors. The Procession of Neighbors was put on by InterFaith Works and Catholic Charities. Gabrielle Lucivero walked with them to find out why they support the local refugee community.
