SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: A monument unveiled earlier this month in Syracuse's Strathmore neighborhood has been the target of not one, but two, acts of vandalism in the past week. Sunday, the newly-installed Mountain Goat statue, located in Onondaga Park, was found to have been hit with paintballs. Neighbors quickly went to work cleaning it up, only to find later in the week, it was hit again. Now, the sculptor -- who spent 18 months making the 400-pound bronze goat -- is speaking out.
