SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Tuesday marks your last chance to pick up some fresh produce and other products at the Downtown Farmers Market in Syracuse's Clinton Square. The market runs from early June through October every year -- offering some of the best locally grown products across the region.

Many can remember that 2015 wasn't the best of years for the Downtown Farmers Market and its evident 2016 was a little better weather-wise.

For the past four months, about 40 to 50 vendors have set up shop downtown every Tuesday offering everything from fresh berries to pumpkins. The Downtown Committee continued to add new features to the market each week including recipe giveaways and initiatives to promote healthy living.

The market will run from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. Tuesday and you can also get free cider and donuts as part of the final day.

You can also mark your calendars now, next year's farmers market will begin Tuesday, June 13.
