One of the two suspects linked to a December homicide at an apartment complex in Brewerton has accepted a plea deal in the case.

Connie Ingoldby, of Phoenix, was accused of helping cover up the murder of Aikeem Hudgins last December.

Hudgins body was burned and dismembered after he was killed at the Bay Shore North Apartment complex.

Court paperwork showed that Ingoldby confessed to helping with the removal and disposal of the body.

She was charged with concealing a human corpse and hindering prosecution, but pleaded guilty Friday to just the latter charge in exchange for 1-3 years in prison.

The man accused of committing the murder, Corey Slattery, was also in court Friday to change lawyers.

Slattery is charged with second-degree murder and concealing a human corpse.
