A grand jury has indicted five people in connection with the September double-homicide at a DeWitt Chili's.

The most serious charges are against the alleged shooter William Wood Jr. A seven-count indictment, including both first first- and second-degree murder and robbery in the first degree.

Ronald Green also facing several counts, including second-degree murder.

Police say he was Wood's getaway driver. Authorities also say he had a child in the car with him at the time.

Tracey Brown also faces a murder charge and weapons possession, for allegedly providing Wood with the gun used in the crime.

Her son Ryan Brown was indicted on a hindering prosecution charge. He was allegedly in the car when it traveled from Dewitt to Fulton, where Wood was later arrested.

Jerome Pinkard was indicted on a charge of criminal sale of a firearm for allegedly selling the gun to Tracey Brown.
